HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

The HVAC&R Mechanic will provide maintenance supporting the brewery process equipment. Takes appropriate action to correct Plant Engineering maintenance problems. Responsible for supporting Assuring quality of products and services are of the highest quality, optimal cost, and delivered on schedule. Must be able to function in a team-based empowered culture.

     HVAC Skills Concentration

A primary knowledge in the industrial HVAC/Refrigeration environment is required, specifically industrial refrigeration systems. HVAC troubleshooting skills are essential and must possess the skills to be immediately effective in this area without further skills training. Must be able to read electrical prints, P&ID's, and understand P&ID control loops, plus do instrument calibrations. Extensive industrial experience involving utility systems, with a strong knowledge of steam generation systems, compressors, chillers, potable water systems and HVAC systems.

     Major Responsibilities

Repairs, and maintains all brewery equipment
Participates in the establishment and improvement of new and existing process support equipment
Maintains Utility equipment by developing/performing PM's, developing/performing instrument calibrations, installing new equipment.
Performs preventative maintenance inspections and prepares inspection reports concerning operation of equipment and mechanical condition of equipment.

     Qualifications

Required:
HS Diploma or GED and 10 years utility operation/maintenance experience OR 2 year technical degree and 7 years maintenance experience.
Proficiency in the use and knowledge of PCs (Hardware & Software) including Microsoft Windows platform
HVAC and instrumentation troubleshooting skills
Must be able to read electrical prints, P&ID's, and understand P&ID control loops
Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills
Must possess the ability to work effectively with peers, and display strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred:
Extensive knowledge of industrial HVAC and building automation systems
Extensive knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
Experience working in a regulated industry such as FDA

Full-Time CPA

 North Carolina's fast growing and second oldest micro-brewery, Red Oak, is looking for a full-time CPA or a person with equivalent skills.  It's a hands-on position with inputting and compiling data, streamlining keg tracking, matching product sales with revenue, and preparing tax and other forms. Sales / Delivery

Do you have a sales personality? Are you a self starter? Are you passionate about your work? Red Oak Brewery is looking for draft beer sales and delivery staff.

Because of how we get beer to market, this job is both the sales and delivery as well as draft tech side of the beer business. You would be expected to maintain relations with current accounts, as well as find and grow new accounts.


Routes being expanded that need filling are in Triad &Triangle.
Must have a clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle.
Must work out of the Brewery in Whitsett, NC.
Must be able to lift and move kegs (roughly 150 pounds) all day.
Full time with options for benefits after 90 days.
Our ideal candidate will have sales experience (prior beer sales a big plus), be a team player, and also show evidence of being self motivated.
This is a SALES job. Liking beer is a plus, but liking sales is a much bigger plus.
