Red Oak is a Bavarian Style Amber Lager. imported Heritage Munich Malt is custom kilned to our specifications giving it a one of a kind body and flavor. Nobel Hops from Hallertau, the oldest Hop growing region in the world balance this delicate traditional flavor. We ferment with a proprietary lager yeast strain that we do not filter out giving the Beer a daily supply of Vitamin B. Red Oak is slow cold aged for at least 5 weeks. Released Unfiltered, Unpasteurized and Naturally Carbonated. A truly rare Lager Beer.
